Chapman has worked in executive positions in four of the seven Constitutional Offices, being elected statewide to two of them, State Auditor and Secretary of State (twice). She has worked with the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of government.

Her years of experience in the public relations and political arena span various aspects: creating, writing and successfully lobbying for legislation, managing two non-profit organizations and communications with a specialty in speech writing, crisis management, media relations and grassroots organization.
